Not gonna lie, we were a little concerned trying it based on the previous reviews, but our experience was excellent. We opted for dinner at the bar and started off with the delicious lobster roll. For dinner we went the seafood route and had the salmon risotto and the pan fried redfish with polenta. Side dishes were the local mushrooms and potatoes au gratin. Everything was cooked perfectly, came up quickly, and the service at the bar was on-point. Considering the amount of food we had and a few cocktails, we felt the price was very reasonable. We will not hesitate to stop in again.

We gave it a second chance last night because the prior month our food was so salty we couldn't eat it. This time, sitting at the bar enjoying a cocktail, we ordered a steak and side potato again. This time we waited, and waited and finally asked the bartender to check on our order. He came back and said 10 more minutes. We were getting ready to leave and the steak finally arrived. We ordered it medium rare and it came well done. Not pink inside, tough and dry. The bartender took it off the bill and we ate at one of the food trucks in the casino. It's sad because the place is very pretty, the staff friendly, they just need someone that can take charge of the kitchen and turn out consistently good food. It has potential!

Finally back in town, my fiancé and sons joined me for dinner at North Shore Seafood and Steaks—and it felt just as amazing as the first time we visited! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kindest, sweetest smile that instantly made us feel welcome again. Jenny is always so kind, attentive, and hardworking, and she gave us some fantastic recommendations—especially the calamari and crab cakes, which were absolutely delicious! Once again, Jenny left not only me, but my entire family impressed and genuinely happy. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about their guests, and it really shows. Thank you, North Shore, for having such an incredible employee like Jenny on your team. We’ll definitely be back!

Ribeye and au gratin potatoes too salty to eat. SUPER loud banging from Asian restaurant next door ( possibly chinese dragon type drums). The issue at North Shore is the lack of execution and trying to create dishes that are not appetizing. Go back to the basics and try to do them well. It seemed very odd that on a friday night at five o'clock, there were only three tables being served.

We were excited to try this place. The menu looked great and there were multiple options that jumped out at us. The customer service was apparent as soon as we walked up to the entrance. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Even the menu had customer service in mind - I have never seen a backlit menu but I appreciated it! It made seeing what we wanted very easy - I have seen people in other restaurants need to pull out their phones just to see the menu - not here! I have to mention the Lobster Bisque - I can't recall the last time I had lobster chunks swimming around my bisque. Delicious! My steak was "melt in your mouth" good and cooked as requested. I am not positive about the meatball blend but I might need to order that 4 or 5 more times! The lion's mane mushroom dish was fantastic and perfect for a vegetarian! I am looking forward to my next visit here! Well worth your time to enjoy dinner here.
